Valentines Day

We don't really celebrate Valentines Day but know alot of people do so here is wishing my readers a very sweet and happy day. Valentines Day is an ancient holiday with lots of legends associated with it..but there was a true St. Valentine, as they have recently unearthed a Roman catacomb and an ancient church dedicated to the saint. How the holiday has evolved into flowery hearts, chocolate and flowers is a bit of a mystery, but I suspect the Victorians has alot of do with it. As I tend to like chocolate, and flowers, I am not complaining!
