Primitive Heart and Home

This is my latest listing.....the largest stitchery I've ever done..at least a primitive one.......I did some beading for the flowers also......I always include beading in all my embroidery....this measures 10" by 13".......the pattern is from Primitive Stitches.

Tomorrow, I will use the random generator and pick out the winner of the January Giveaway! if  you haven't entered, there is still time...I will draw the name in the evening and announce the winner of Feb.1st. Just click on the January giveaway link at the left hand side of this blog.

.
Our weather has been warm, in the 80s most of this last week....trees are blooming, pretty white and pink blossoms as they think its spring......and now the temperature is dropping, and the wind is blowing....looks like rain again.......hope we don't get a cold snap...will ruin our nectarine crop this year if that happens!

  2. Your work is Beautiful as always Dani. As much as I would like the warmer weather I think it is just a little bit to soon and will affect things growing everywhere. Billy went out in the woods a few weeks ago and saw where all the trees are starting to bud out. Not a good thing as a hard freeze could now do some damage. I guess will have to see what the ground hog does huh? I don't think he actually knows what he is doing so will not count on him and I am sure we will still have some freezing weather here in the Midwest..Jan is barely over and I must say I am looking forward to April even if it does rain a lot in April
I will be watching for your post to see if I won your give away even though I would be totally shocked if it was me. My give away also ends tomorrow night:)

  3. sorry I haven't been commenting - just not blogging much in our time of transition (downsizing sounds cool - moving and getting rid of years of stuff - not so cool!)
