Giveaway Addition
Our giveaway is doing well but if you haven't signed up yet, please do. It closes on the 25th. If we get more than 40 entries, I will add this matching card that goes with the notecards I'm giving away.
so tell and share with your friends so we can reach the 40 mark!
My photos don't do these cards justice, it takes me several hours to make one and they have real dimension that can't be picked up by the lens, at least not my camera. Just click on the link to see my note cards and all the other goodies that are being offered.
I'd love to sweeten the giveaway!

New Blog, Giveaway and Family Snowmen
I wanted to let you all know that we have a new blog up and running, called Crafting Friends Trio...
We will be featuring our Etsy shops and having giveaways. Our first one will be this coming weekend and start on Saturday so please sign up then. The rules won't be too difficult and it should be fun!
Our weather has warmed and now its in the high 70s low 80s. Jayden loved the snow once he got warmed . Here he is with the little snowmen he made with Grandpa. It was cold enough they were there for almost 4 days before they sadly melted.
Somehow their arms got stuck to the top of their heads but that's funny to a 3 1/2 year old! Maybe their space aliens?
His daddy took him up to the mountains on New Years Day and he made a bigger one.

Counted Cross Stitch Booklets, Clearance
I'm selling all of my counted cross stitch booklets as I no longer do cross stitching and wondered if anyone would like them. I'm selling them cheap and hope someone will enjoy them.
Most of them are counted cross stitch and mainly country
type designs. There are also bookmark to cross stitch and quick little sayings to stitch. I do have one booklet of crocheted angels that are just beautiful. and a large booklet of Santas that would be fun to make for Christmas.
so if you see something you'd like just reply and I'll get back to you. The cost won't be much of anything, mainly just postage as I just want to hand them over to someone who would enjoy them. This is just for the States however, I don't mail anything out overseas.

Crafting Friends!
I haven't mentioned this before but two friends of mine, Lynn Simmons who lives in Texas and Nancy Huggings who lives in Wisconsin, plus myself ,a Californian have teamed together to form a group called Crafting Friends Trio and we now have a public site on Facebook and will also have a blog together very soon.
Lynn makes the most interesting and lovely quilts, market bags and handbags. She specializes in memory quilts which consist of a loved ones clothing ...
Here is one of her latest...mostly made from Tshirts...
I wish something like this was possible back in the 70s when my dad passed away. It would be wonderful to have such a remembrance to pass down.
California has now outlawed plastic grocery bags so in a very few months when the law goes into effect, I'll be using some of her market bags for groceries. I have two now but know I'll have to order more.
She can make them in other colors and fabrics. I'm partial to denim.
In a day or so, I'll show you the wonderful soaps and bath salts that Nancy has been making. and here are my latest stitching..
